What’s new?
- Extended and improved configuration via the admin panel,
- Enabling the use of full site editing (block-based themes),
- OES Factory for creating and managing the OES data model,
- OES Schema for defining a data schema and its representation of text objects, their properties and relationships between objects, among other things for the structured output and display of objects in the frontend,
- Improved WordPress theme.
Since the release of version 5.8 (2022), WordPress supports configuring the frontend via full site editing. To take full advantage of this, OES Core 2.3.0 includes a block-based theme that offers an alternative to the classic theme.
The new OES Media module provides blocks for displaying media. Installations that use a licensed ACF Pro plugin can use the "OES Panel", "OES Image Panel" and "OES Gallery Panel" blocks. In the future, license-free alternatives will also be developed for these modules.
